About the creators of ADAP
After successfully launching an online training and certification program in Quebec in 2020, Michel Julien and FranƧois Bertrand created ADAP, an invite-only alliance of collision and auto glass repair facilities seeking to raise their standards for electronic diagnostics, calibrations and customer experience.

Our mission :
CREATE a higher standard for electronic diagnostics and safety calibrations in repair facilities.
PRODUCE informative videos to enable workshop customers to understand safety components in their vehicles (ADAS and 5G).
PROVIDE recognized online training to workshops with certification of learners.
Michel Julien
(Automotive expert consultant)
Public speaker, automotive technology expert and consultant, Michel Julien has more than 35 years of repair and diagnostics experience.
Michel has completed over 200 OEM training courses with several vehicle manufacturers.
This has allowed him to develop a particular expertise in electronic modules reprogramming, ADAS systems calibrations and their future integration with 5G technology among other skills that he shares during online trainings and conferences.
Automotive technology trainer for major automotive banners and organizations such as: Uniselect, Carquest, ProColor, CARSTAR, CarrXpert, Fix Auto, Leader Auto Resources LAR, AIA Canada.
Michel Julien is also columnist for automotive-related Quebec magazines such as l’automobile, Le Garagiste, Le Carrossier.
François Bertrand
(Automotive content Producer)
Producer, Director, Speaker, Marketer, Writer, Media Editor, Composer, Graphic Designer, François Bertrand has been in the automotive aftermarket since 2000.
Hundreds of collision repair facilities from Quebec have subscribed to online training courses produced and directed in 2020 by François featuring host Michel Julien.
François Bertrand was one of the first VJ hosts on Quebec’s MusiquePlus channel (MuchMusic sister station). Before founding Avalanche Marketing his production company, François hosted over 10,000 hours of French radio and television programs (Montreal’s CKMF 94, Valleyfield CFLV-1370, CBC-French).
François Bertrand and Avalanche Marketing have carried out numerous projects for several automotive clients: Fix Network Canada, ProColor, Novus Fix Auto, CARSTAR, Leader Auto Resources LAR, AIA Canada, Akzo Nobel, 3M, Dupont, John Bean, Promutuel, Beneva SSQ, Zurich.
